The Top Chicago Apartment Finder
The Chicago Association of Realtors recognized the sales achievements of Chicago’s top producing real estate brokers of 2014. Luxury Living Chicago Realty’s Managing Broker, Aaron Galvin, was awarded as the top Chicago apartment finder for a third year in a row.
Galvin was presented on stage at the Drake Hotel with a CARLy award for Top Producer Platinum Rentals. He is the number one rental broker in Chicago with 452 rentals in 2014. Galvin increased his numbers by 60% – up from last year’s 286 rentals.
In 2012, Galvin was awarded Gold Acheiver status for renting more than 125 apartments.
This year’s success can be attributed to Luxury Living Chicago’s exclusive leasing and marketing engagements with Vesta Lofts in the South Loop, Madison Aberdeen Place and Van Buren Morgan Place in the West Loop, and Riverview Terrace in the Avondale neighborhood.
Galvin has been a top producing residential rental broker for over ten years. He has been consistently in the top 1% of all residential rental brokers in the Chicagoaland area, and the #1 producer overall in volume and revenue for rentals. He is a residential rental expert and consults for some of the top multifamily developers and investors in the city.
As the top Chicago apartment finder, Galvin has rented over 3500 apartments and condos with revenue exceeding $75M.
