Luxury Living Chicago Named to Inc. 5000 for Second Year

Inc. magazine has ranked Luxury Living Chicago Realty  #860 on its 35th annual Inc. 5000, an exclusive ranking of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies. This marks the second year in a row that Luxury Living Chicago has made the list, moving up from #1255 in 2015. This placement ranks Luxury Living Chicago as the 40th fastest growing real estate company in the country.

When you take a closer look, Luxury Living Chicago is the 5th fastest growing real estate company in Chicago and the 31st fastest growing company overall locally.

The list represents the most comprehensive look at the most important segment of the economy—America’s independent entrepreneurs. Companies such as Yelp, Pandora, Timberland, Dell, Domino’s Pizza, LinkedIn, Zillow, and many other well-known names gained early exposure as members of the Inc. 5000.

“This accomplishment is due to the tremendous growth we had last year. Methodology

The 2016 Inc. 5000 is ranked according to percentage revenue growth when comparing 2012 to 2015. To qualify, companies must have been founded and generating revenue by March 31, 2012. The minimum revenue required for 2012 is $100,000; the minimum for 2015 is $2 million. Companies on the Inc. 500 are featured in Inc.’s September issue.
