Essex on the Park, located at 808 S. Michigan Avenue, off Grant Park and Lake Michigan, will feature 476 South Loop luxury apartments within 57 stories. The building will provide the ultimate lakefront living experience.

Another notable Chicago landmark, the Essex Inn, will be adjacent to the apartment tower and receive an upgrade. The hotel is expanding from 254 to 271 guest rooms and is rebranding to the Hotel Essex.
